By renting a scooter, you agree to comply with the Queensland road rules and all applicable Australian motor vehicle and safety laws. Each scooter is registered and includes Compulsory Third Party (CTP) personal injury insurance as part of its registration.
Please note:
Rentals are intended for medium to long-term use. Commute Scoots does not offer short-term rentals such as daily, weekend, or weekly hires.
Renters are required to hold a valid driver’s licence authorising them to operate a scooter or motorcycle in Queensland.
Renters must inspect the scooter before use and immediately report any mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns.
Scooters must be used responsibly and returned in good condition, with all scheduled payments made on time.
Tampering with vehicle trackers, registration identifiers, or security systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental and recovery of costs.
Commute Scoots reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time. Full rental terms are provided prior to the commencement of any hire period.
